Dry Cleaning DropBox & Delivery

Best Cleaners provides free pick-up and home delivery of your dry cleaning. Sign up by calling 518.649.2501 or online at to receive your Express Bag. Monday’s and Thursdays are your pickup days – just drop your Express Bag in the Clubhouse DropBox before 9AM. Your items will be delivered inside your garage door!

After Hours Maintenance Emergency & Lock Outs

If you experience a maintenance emergency after-hours, please call the Office by phone and select option #2. If you are not immediately connected to the maintenance staff on-call, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call promptly. Non-Emergency maintenance requests should be made during regular office hours or anytime using your online Resident Portal.

Resident Portal

The Resident Portal provides you an easy and secure way to pay rent and other charges online, submit maintenance requests from any mobile device, and stay connected with your property manager.  Rent and other charges may be paid using eCheck (ACH), credit or debit card, or Electronic Cash Payment.

You will receive an e-mail from the Lofts at Saratoga BLVD, requesting that you set-up your online Resident Portal by establishing a username and password. If you did not receive the e-mail or misplaced it, then simply contact the office and a new invitation will be generated to the e-mail address on file. You can access your Resident Portal from our website

My Parking

All Townhouse Apartments have one attached garage along with a dedicated driveway parking spot. Additional parallel parking is available throughout the community as well as Saratoga Village Boulevard.

Curbside Garbage & Recycling

We have made all of the arrangements for garbage and recycled materials to be collected from your driveway each Wednesday. You will be provided with both a garbage and recycle bins. Please ensure that your bins remain inside your garage, except during trash pick-up day. Smaller collection bins are available upon request.
