- Garbage Disposal: Garbage disposals work hard to make our lives easier. You know the satisfaction that comes with disposing of food scraps with the flip of a switch! But sadly we often treat our garbage disposal like a garbage can…which can lead to major plumbing problems down the road. The following items should not be put foen the garbage disposal: Rice, animal bones, potato peels, grease, coffee grounds, nuts and shells, and string fruits and vegetables.

We are thrilled to announce that our Clubhouse Transformation Project is nearing completion, and we cannot wait to share the fantastic updates with you!
The Main Clubhouse
We are excited to inform you that the Main Clubhouse has re-opened. One of the highlights of our transformation is the brand-new golf simulator, which we are sure many of you will enjoy. To reserve your time on the golf simulator, please visit your tenant portal or the Amenity Booking section of the Lofts’ website. Additionally, our “On-The-House Coffee” is now better than ever and is awaiting you in the main clubhouse. We hope you take advantage of this perk as you enjoy the new and improved space.
The Pool & Spa
We will be briefly closing the indoor pool and spa to finalize the transformation of this space. We anticipate these upgraded areas will soon offer an enhanced experience for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The Gym
We are also working diligently on the long-awaited gym expansion. This project is progressing well, and we expect it to be completed this week, providing you with a larger and more modern space to pursue your fitness goals.
Pets & Dog Park
We are pleased to let you know that we will continue to welcome pets in the office and provide treats when they visit. Your furry friends are also welcome to accompany you when you retrieve your mail. To ensure that all residents, including those with allergies and certain fears, feel comfortable and welcome, pets will no longer be allowed in the Clubhouse Great Room. Many of our residents’ pets already enjoy their own common area at our friendly dog park. We are excited to announce that we will be adding some upgrades and amenities to that area in the coming weeks for their enjoyment.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your patience and understanding as we work to make these community improvements. We hope you are as excited as we are to enjoy the new and improved amenities.
