We are thrilled to announce that we’re making a significant investment to enhance your experience at Lofts At Saratoga BLVD. As part of our commitment to reinvesting in our community, we are expanding and completely transforming the Clubhouse.
We’re delighted to share that the new Clubhouse will feature:

- State-of-the-Art Golf Simulator & Lounge
- New Billiards Parlor
- Expanded Café & Lounge
- Professionally Designed Clubhouse Experience
We’re excited to have partnered with the award-winning Phinney Design Group to create an innovative and refreshing Clubhouse Experience that we believe will exceed your expectations.
Construction is set to begin around June 1st and will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to complete. As different areas of the Clubhouse are transformed, we’ll keep you updated on temporary amenity closures to ensure you have the latest information. Rest assured all amenities will remain free to all residents.
Please note that rent concessions will not be provided due to the temporary closure of indoor amenities during this renovation.
